Diving coach Mallory is a pleasure to work with. Having worked with her in a professional capacity, it is very clear that she cares very deeply for the divers on her team and the entire league. She goes to great lengths to assure that the competitions run smoothly and accurately. All of the divers on her club are lucky to have such a committed and caring coach!

We are not members ourselves, but friends who are invite us to join them now and then. Always a good time! The pool is clean and warm. The clubhouse is well appointed. The locker rooms are nice. There are loungers and tables and chairs and it's a great place for a meal with friends while hopping in and out of the pool.

My family were members at one time. Back in the days when it wasn't as expensive and wait list was short or non existent. I had thought of inquiring about a senior membership, but see that they no longer have a wait list as there are very few memberships for seniors and many have been "grandfathered in". Plus, the fees are outrageous considering it isn't open all year around and I hate elitism. If you all know that the wait list is years long, you should close the wait list or inform individuals that they will have to wait at least 7-10 years. You all are greedy individuals who believe you are better than everyone else just because you run a "swim and tennis club" and are in Arbor Heights. Personally, I'd be more welcome at the YMCA where they don't have a years long wait list and are more welcoming.

Attention NON-MEMBERS signing up for swimming and tennis lessons: First, I'd like to say that the instructors are GREAT! The folks that teach swimming and tennis are completely wonderfulβ€” my kiddo has had a lovely time with them. Unfortunately, I had a personal experience with managerial staff that was horrible. I deliberately signed my daughter up for swimming and tennis lessons that were back to back so that I wouldn't have to go back and forth between drop off/pick up. A couple weeks in we non-members were told we'd have to "clear" the pool deck and then come back in once open swim had begun (fine!). Today, after I had cleared and come back in, a female manager told me in a startlingly aggressive and rude tone that I needed to leave and suggested I wait in my car for my daughter to finish her lesson. It's worth noting that today it was 80Β° outside and I had my 3 month old infant with me. Not to mention my daughter taking the lessons was expecting to find me where she had left me! I was completely taken aback by the condescending manner in which this person addressed me, and was deeply concerned that my daughter wouldn't know where to find me if I followed this person's instru
